UK DELIVERY ONLY:
Items are generally sent by Royal Mail & sent out within the estimated time stated on each item listed.
Orders will be well packed to ensure they arrive at their destination safely.

Higher value orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Please, make sure:
* Your address is correct before placing your order.
I cannot be held responsible if a wrong address is given.
* Allow sufficient time for delivery.
I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to circumstances not under my control.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact your local Post Office first, to see if it's there... It could be awaiting "pick up" at your neighborhood Post Office.

In the unfortunate case that your order is lost or damaged, then please message me. I always try to do my best to keep my customers happy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Buyers are expected to pay for all postage costs with regards to returns and exchanges, unless an item is faulty. It's advised to obtain certificate (proof) of posting when sending an item back.

Buyers must contact me within 14 days of the order being received. Items must be returned in their original condition, and within 30 days of receipt of said item.

CUSTOM orders - Please be aware that custom orders are not returnable unless there is a fault with an item.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed once the item as been returned.

All my items are made to be used as photography props only.
They are not designed for everyday wear!
Do not leave baby unattended with items. Items with ties and embellishments even if hand sewn can be dangerous and a serious choking hazard. You as the buyer assume any and full responsibility for the safety of the baby/child.

PLEASE NOTE: All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. That’s the beauty of a handmade product. Please allow for slight variances from what is shown in the photos.

I have made every effort to ensure that my product descriptions are accurate. All measurements given are approximate and colours are shown as accurately as possible, but due to computer monitor projections and photo lighting, different monitors will show colours a bit differently.
